Please read the product description for more information about the product. If you want to return an item, that’s no problem. We are here to help you. Please read our rules and instructions for returning items.

Rules and instructions

You have 14 days to return your order. You pay the shipping costs. The product must be in its original packaging and not used or damaged. Do not open it or twist the caps as you will not be able to return it.

Fill in the digital return form. You must pay for returning the parcel. We recommend that you send the package by registered mail so that you are insured. If anything happens, you or the company you sent it with will be responsible.

After we receive the package, you will receive your money back within 14 days. The shipping costs for the new product will be at your expense.

Wrong items received

We’re sorry something went wrong with your order. Please check what you have received before using it, as we cannot take things back if they have already been used. Please contact us at info@houseoforganics.be or send a message via WhatsApp at +32494 25 29 10. Please include the order number each time.

If you want to return something, you need to fill in the digital return form. If you do not have the form, your return will not be accepted.

Damaged package or product

Although we pack the parcel carefully, it may arrive to you damaged. If the parcel looks damaged when the postman brings it, do not accept it.

If your package or product is damaged, please take a photo. Send an e-mail to info@houseoforganics.be and tell us what happened. Include the order number, delivery date and attach the photos you took. After you have sent us an e-mail, we will give you instructions on what to do next.

If you receive a product that does not work, do not try to repair it yourself. We cannot take back an opened product. If you open it or change it, the product may not work at all. We can help you online and are responsible for the condition of the product.

We will always ask for a photo or video of the product. This helps us see if it is really broken or if someone has used it incorrectly. If we think it is broken, you can return it. We will investigate what happened and whether the product was deliberately damaged.

Sometimes you may accidentally drop the product. Some products can withstand this, but pumps and glass cannot. We are not responsible if they break because you drop or bump them. To make sure your products do not break, be careful with them and store them safely after use.
